adolescents studying in secondary school, college and university.
This course is for adolescents with difficulties in attention and /or organization.

To learn how to find more time by using time log, daily planner and weekly planner
To learn how to stop procrastination, and how to beat deadline
To learn how to plan and prioritize goals, and how to set up a To-Do List
To learn get organized for studying, and how to minimize distraction
